Alex has been providing his expertise to firms in the areas of insurance, data and technology consulting services throughout the insurance value chain.

For insurance clients or InsureTech startups, Alex has held a variety of roles including:
Interim Chief Underwriting Officer for a new Homeowners carrier
Product Development: Policy and U/W guideline development
Data strategist: Development & implementation (quote, bind & post bind)
UX/UI Leader: Workflow optimization for new consumer offerings in the direct channel
Compliance Manager: U/W Compliance reviews for Consumer oriented products

Prior to starting Archimedes, Alex spent eighteen years with various insurance carriers (Liberty Mutual, Farmers, Zurich, & Starr) and 3rd party data providers (Lexis Nexis) in a variety of leadership positions in the areas of Distribution, Product Development, Underwriting/Product Management, data management, strategy, system implementation & operations management.
Alex received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and his Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
