Cullan Maumus

Director of Development / New Orleans Redevelopment Fund

Cullan Maumus is the Director of Development for The New Orleans Redevelopment Fund (NORF) – a private equity real estate investment firm. He helped found the Company in 2013 and has since led the development of 55 projects – representing an estimated 200,000 square feet, valued at $40 million. He is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of Ben Franklin High School. He received his MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 2013 where he focused his studies on Entrepreneurship and Real Estate Finance. While at Tulane, Mr. Maumus was the President of the Tulane Entrepreneurs’ Association, and received numerous awards for his leadership, and service to the school and community. He graduated in 2005 with a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts, where he was a four-year starter on the University’s baseball team. He currently resides in New Orleans with his wife and two sons.
