Co-Founder and Executive Chairman / Ready Responders

Justin Dangel is t the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Ready Responders.

He is also a founding investor and Chairman of Firefly Health – which provides efficient, digital primary care – and an investor and board member at Norton Point a company that makes consumer products from recovered Ocean plastic.

Previously, Mr. Dangel founded Consumer United (now Goji) in 2008 and grew it from just a few employees in a small office to over 500 employees across multiple locations within 5 years. Consumer United was named one of the ‘Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies in Insurance’ by Inc. Magazine in 2012. Mr. Dangel sold most of his position in a liquidity transaction in 2013 and now serves on the board.

Mr. Dangel has spoken at numerous events and conferences across the country, including the World Economic Forum in Washington. He is a graduate of Duke University with a degree in Political Science.
