Margot is the founder and CEO of MyStrongHome, a b corporation that builds resilience to extreme weather by offering specialized construction upgrades and insurance-based financing to homeowners in catastrophe-prone areas of the US. She formerly managed the impact investing initiative at the Rockefeller Foundation, co-authored the book “The Power of Impact Investing”, and serves as a Trustee of the Woodcock Foundation as well as on the Boards of Brooklyn Cooperative Credit Union and the Workers Lab.
