Stephanie Koch is a cool-headed business leader, consultant, project manager and coach with over 13 years of international experience in operations, business and management. Throughout her career, she has focused on efficiency and process across multiple industries, at solopreunerships, start-ups and at larger corporations. She has extensive experience in operational optimization, cost management and strategic problem solving after building multiple teams from the ground up across the world.

Prior to launching Flourish Advisory, Stephanie held multiple in-house senior positions in operations and strategy. Most recently, she served as a Director of Operations at United Technologies, as a Project Manager at DWS and as a Global COO at Deutsche Bank.

Stephanie received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at George Washington University and lives with her husband in the Tri-State Area. When she isn’t helping companies streamline their operations you’ll likely find her pursuing her other passions – teaching yoga and planning her next trip to Cape Cod.
